1Order Confirmation
- 100% payment is required to confirm your order and secure your artwork slot, unless otherwise agreed.
2Photo Submission
- The artwork timeline begins upon receipt of all required photos and information.
3Artwork Creation
- All timelines are estimates and may vary based on artwork complexity and requirements.
4AI-Assisted Creative Tools
- AI-assisted tools may be used during artwork creation and editing to enhance efficiency and quality. All final artworks are reviewed and refined by our artists.
5Revisions
- Includes 2 complimentary major revisions (attire, accessories or background) and unlimited facial likeness revisions before production.
- Additional major revisions or changes beyond the agreed concept may incur charges.
- Revision timelines vary depending on complexity.
6Final Approval & Production
- Physical production begins upon final artwork approval.
- Changes after production begins may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
7Delay Protection
- Customers may request a refund if physical production is delayed beyond 3 months after final approval due to circumstances within our control.
By confirming the order, the client agrees to the above terms.
Is this a fully hand-painted portrait?+
Our portraits are mixed media. We create the design digitally, transfer the approved artwork to canvas, then enhance it with acrylic touches. This combines a personalised digital composition with a physical painted finish. AI-assisted tools may be used during creation and editing; our artists review and refine all final artworks.
Can you combine people from different photos?+
Yes. Share the photos and your preferred arrangement. We’ll check their clarity and angles and advise what will work best for your composition.
Can I request changes to the preview?+
Your order includes 2 complimentary major revisions (attire, accessories or background) and unlimited facial likeness revisions before production. Additional major revisions or changes beyond the agreed concept may incur charges. Revision timelines depend on complexity. Changes after production begins may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
How much will my portrait cost?+
Your guide price is the canvas base price plus S$100 for every person or pet. For example, a 40 × 60 cm canvas with 4 people is S$600 + S$400 = S$1,000. See the price list above or use the enquiry builder. Offers, urgent fees, delivery and payment terms are confirmed before you proceed.
What happens to the photos I send?+
Your photos are used solely to create your portrait and are deleted after delivery. Please send photos you have permission to use.
Can I order for a specific date?+
Tell us your required date before ordering. We’ll check whether it is achievable. Preview times, refinements, production and delivery all need to be considered; urgent requests are subject to availability.
